Valerie has had experience in private clinics and government hospitals where she

worked with clients with a wide variety of conditions including neurology, geriatric, and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

She believes that each individual is unique, and her treatment philosophy centers around what is important to her clients. She believes that the mind and body are intrinsically connected and it can be overwhelming to lose the ability to do something you enjoy- whether it be household chores or a competitive sport. She identifies what is important to each client and equips them with the knowledge, courage and skills to tackle their injury or condition so as to empower them to continue doing what they love and value.

She aims to support her clients on their journey towards wellness through effective pain management and exercise rehabilitation.

He is a firm believer that quality, controlled movements translates to a better functioning body. We are looking at longevity and permanence in the utility of the muscles. We do not want to just look good temporarily, but break down in our later ages.

His personal workouts would typically include a strength component, as well as pairings with functional movements.
